On one screen, Synergy Cross Dock provides all the functions that dock operations needs to run the dock. For each door, it shows the status, which trailer is parked, what workers are assigned, destinations, and more -- in real time. In addition, dock operations staff can display and print trailer manifests, assign dock workers, monitor door cut times, and modify trailer loads and destinations. It eliminates paper, streamlines the dock office and virtually eliminates the chaos typically associated with keeping track of the hustle and bustle of a busy cross dock environment.

Using Synergy Cross Dock’s on board technology or a rugged handheld provides lift truck operators with everything needed to accomplish their job – safely, swiftly, and accurately. Consisting of a wirelessly connected on board computer, touch screen interactive display, long range wired or wireless barcode scanner, and integrated certified weight sensors, Synergy Cross Dock’s on board technology provides operators with real-time up-to-the-minute routing instructions. In addition, two way messaging capability to the dock office and supervisor handhelds virtually eliminating miscommunication and speeding up freight movement.

Synergy Cross Dock’s supervisor handheld allows for mobile management of the entire dock using rugged handheld computers with built-in barcode scanning and wireless communications. Supervisors have instant access to virtually everything that is happening in the dock, at the door, or in the trailer. In addition, Synergy Cross Dock’s alerting mechanism provides advance notification when issues are detected, enabling supervisors to respond proactively and make adjustments before those issues become costly problems.
