Overview

Mobile field service application built for the retail crew merchandising industry. Our application allows you to schedule your merchandising crew and keep track of where they are and everything in between. The scenario: crew leader signs into our off-the-shelf handheld device, sees his calendar for the day (prepared by the back office and transmitted wirelessly to the mobile device); picks the next work order; sees work order details including being able to be directed to the location through turn-by-turn directions; takes pictures of the job; completes tasks and surveys; the unit keeps track of the time on the job; on device signature capability captures management signature at the completion of the job.

Once done, the crew member marks the job as done and the system wirelessly transmit the data (includind pictures and signatures) to the back office. The back office has side-by-side pictorial view of the data along with the closed work order trigger billing and other back office function before the crew member even leaves the location.
